Too Tempting, No-bake Double
Chocolate Fudge Bars
We found this great recipe for double chocolate coconut fudge bars; perfect for a healthy treat that requires no baking at all. You can make something so utterly finger licking without having to spend hours in the kitchen. How good is that!
It has the goodness of chocolate and earthiness of coconut for your chocolate craving, and extra coconut nutrients. Add in almond butter and banana, and you have even more added nutrients, fiber, and energy boosting ingredients.
- 1 cup almond flour flour
- ½ cup shredded coconut + extra for topping
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup banana pureee
- Double Chocolate Topping
- ¼ of a semi-sweet chocolate bar
- ¼ of a unsweetened chocolate bar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, there’s more. For you vegans, it’s a friendly recipe, and also gluten free.
To keep it on the refined sugar-free side, just tweak it a little and replace the ¼ portion of the semi-sweet chocolate bar with sugar-free chocolate and add sweetness using Stevia, or other natural, refined sugar-free sweetener. And make sure to use unsweetened shredded coconut.
These come out looking so enticing, I think it’s a perfect recipe for making gifts; just look at them!
